Teach yourself some basic relaxing and unwinding techniques together with live music and Gurjinder, who shares her passion for movement, breathing, presence awareness, and meditation: Simple, cautious movements that suit everyone and can be carried out without leaving one’s chair. In Munor we are very excited about this collaboration with Gurjinder, trained teacher, yoga instructor, and visual artist. This is a completely new project for us all.
